Payment

All orders are charged in Saudi riyals (SAR). We accept Visa and Mastercard. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in Saudi Arabia. Standard delivery is free, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 days. Delivery estimates may change during public holidays, peak periods or for remote locations.

Delays and cancellations

If your order is delayed, please contact us through our contact page and include your order number. If delivery is delayed for more than 15 days from the purchase date and no different delivery date was agreed, you may cancel and request a refund, subject to applicable law and force-majeure exceptions.

Returns and refunds

You may request the return of an unused product within 7 days of receiving it, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect should be reported promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
